2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide effective services, clients agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, credentials, and feedback. Delays on the client's end may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific proposal or contract. We typically require an upfront deposit before commencing work on one-time projects. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., custom website code, created content). Smartwisers retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or White-Label agreement is in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smartwisers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines, as algorithms are controlled by external entities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
